Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Nouriture or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order-
Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 to 10 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
Shipping is charged at a variable rate depending upon the distance of the delivery location. To make sure that the products bought by our customers reach their destinations in the best state, they are treated with good quality packaging. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. Products will be delivered at customer place through our own logistic team or via delivery partner of Nouriture.
Orders are dispatched within two or four working days after the order has been confirmed. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days in all the states. Delivery of all the products will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. If a parcel is required to be delivered in less than the specified time of delivery, you can always mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to make the delivery as swift as possible.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a replacement is issued to you with a nominal additional freight cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
